The successful candidate will use remote monitoring to capture critical data from our customers to identify, track and resolve issues on a pro-active basis.

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities, focused on growth, innovation, and driving dynamic value. Here are some key responsibilities:

• Capture critical date from across Aldi, Co-op and Waitrose estates.
• Root cause and fault finding
• Internal and external reporting
• Technical assistance
• Process Automation
• Responsible for managing our team of remote desk engineers.
• Designing and implementing department processes.

You have a strong engineering background, proactive approach, adaptability, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Additionally, you should bring:

• Professional experience in the same or a similar role.
• Refrigeration, BMS, and HVAC systems     
• Leadership and teamworking skills
• CAFM Systems 
• IOT Remote Monitoring 
• Software and hardware technologies such as: 
• o RDM, Danfoss, Emerson, IMS, Trend, CPC, Carel, Next controls, CDK, JTL, Accruent VX observe and VX maintain, WebFM, Connect+, CloudFM, Service Channel, 4g Modem Connections.
