Position: Sales Representative 

Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!) 

Experience: 3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success meeting and exceeding quotas and earning commissions. Top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with potential buyers and guide them through the purchase process
• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to closing
• Collaborate with marketing to generate and manage leads
• Build strong relationships and maintain follow-up to drive sales

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience 
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
