Shift Details: Full-time – 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, normal business hours with the required flexibility to meet the needs of a 24-hour program, on-call rotation & occasional evenings
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 annual salary - depending on licensure and experience

About the job:
Direct oversight of clinical operations and programming, ensuring the provision of whole-person, trauma-informed care.
Essentials:
- Recruit, lead, manage/supervise, and develop clinical staff to achieve program objectives and excellent service delivery.
- Approve referrals for appropriate fit to program and collaborates with Program Director and other leadership staff for intake.
- Provide and supervise individual and group counseling/treatment for residents, including researching and implementing trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate on clinical program operations assessments, quality assurance of clinical services in conjunction with the Program Director and other leadership staff to ensure the integrity and efficiency of treatment programming.
- Participate in YRS clinical leadership meetings for division collaboration, including offering knowledge, feedback and insight for best practice and strategic programmatic shifts as needed.
- Oversee clinical documentation of employees and meet all documentation requirements per policy and licensure standards.
- Ensure program participant files are in accordance with all program , ethical and licensing standards.
- Assure program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
- Maintain a clinical case load as needed to meet the needs of the facility.
- Provide quality services in a work environment reflecting integrity, teamwork, and mutual respect through effective communication and healthy team dynamics.
- Represent the agency in a professional manner at all times including strategic relationship building with external providers and other resource agencies.
- Primary contact for emergency placements or hospitalizations during business hours.
- Oversee clinical guidance and support to direct care staff.
- Participate in Mental Health Professional phone support rotation per the needs of the program/facility.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a fully licensed Mental Health Professional for clinical practice in the state of Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT)
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related
- 2 years of post-clinical licensure
- 1 year experience of providing leadership and/or supervision preferred
- Experience working with adolescents, preferred
- A current and valid Driver's License
