About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Pittsburgh-based team part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent or soon-to-be college graduates who are eager to launch a career in tech sales.  You’ll learn how to prospect, qualify, and build relationships with decision-makers at leading manufacturing and distribution companies..

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential customers in our target industries
  • Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce Bizowie ERP
  • Qualify outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and account executives to refine outreach strategies
  • Manage all prospecting activity in our CRM and track your pipeline
  • Learn the ERP software market and B2B sales process from the ground up
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and following up persistently
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team player who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) preferred
