Prime Health Services is looking for a Corrections Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our footprint within the law enforcement sector. What You’ll Do

• Drive growth by researching and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads in the corrections industry.
• Build relationships with county Sheriff Departments and other law enforcement agencies.
• Present PHS cost-saving solutions to prospective clients and conduct bill analysis.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring smooth implementation with internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize service utilization.
• Represent PHS at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Provide regular reports and accurate sales forecasts to leadership.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Experience: 
  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, or account management (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Prior experience in the corrections industry (e.g., jail administrator, Sheriff) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with corrections operations, medical bill review, PPO/Specialty Networks is a plus.
• Skills: 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
