Sales & Logistics Coordinator chez TOPPLING GOLIATH BREWING COMPANY

Description

We are looking for a highly organized, customer service oriented professional to support the order fulfillment process, from initial order entry to final delivery. Our ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Production, as well as with external partners such as freight carriers and wholesalers. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering experience which directly contributes to our operational success. 

Requirements

Order Fulfillment:

• Facilitate customer orders from quote through fulfillment. 
• Maintain regular engagement with the Sales team regarding order requests and status. 
• Utilize internal scheduling and inventory tools.

Freight Optimization:

• Lead freight optimization initiatives through sourcing and long-term strategic planning. 
• Lead distributor onboarding. 

Competencies

• Strong communication and customer service skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 
• Comfortable using computer-based software. 
• Ability to lead and manage change effectively.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment with regular cross-functional interaction, from brewing to sales. 

Physical Demands

• Primarily desk-based work involving computer tasks and interaction with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams. 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime schedule. 
• Occasional phone support outside standard hours may be required. 

Travel

• No overnight travel expected.
