As an International Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our global expansion and driving new growth opportunities. If you’re excited to bring bold ideas to life and grow with us on this journey, this might be your chance!

What you’ll do

• Identify, establish, and close new business opportunities across key international regions
• Manage and expand relationships with existing international partners and distributors
• Negotiate and oversee commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with performance targets
• Represent snuggs at major industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities

What makes you a great fit

• Proven experience in international sales, business development, or wholesale
• Strong track record of managing partners or distributors across multiple markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Commercially minded, strategic thinker with a highly self-driven approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute independently
• Willingness to travel internationally
