Join Our Team as a Practice Support Executive

At Raymond James, we believe in building meaningful partnerships and empowering our community of Wealth Managers and Directly Authorised Firms. We're looking for a Practice Support Executive who thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

As a Practice Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our B2B relationships, helping firms achieve their business goals while working closely with our Platform Services team. You’ll be instrumental in onboarding new offices, maintaining strong relationships, and driving operational excellence across our network.

Your responsibilities will include:

Transitions & Onboarding

  • Supporting the onboarding of new offices and ensuring timely completion of transition tasks
  • Coordinating internal teams to retain Wealth Managers and their clients during business migrations
  • Preparing and managing documentation tailored to each firm’s business model

Practice Support & Relationship Management

  • Building trusted relationships with firms in the Raymond James community
  • Managing meeting follow-ups and resolving queries through our Practice Support inbox
  • Monitoring firm performance using tools like Power BI to identify trends and mitigate risks
  • Ensuring accurate transaction reporting and maintaining data feeds and portal content
  • Producing quarterly reports for senior leadership
  • Keeping firms informed about regulatory updates and platform enhancements

Introducer Agreements

  • Conducting due diligence and executing legal agreements with introducing firms
  • Managing monthly introducer communications in line with GDPR requirements

Continuous Improvement

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce risk
  • Collaborating across departments to enhance the effectiveness of our support model

Team Contribution & Culture

  • Representing our department with professionalism and a service-first mindset
  • Embodying Consumer Duty principles and contributing to strategic initiatives
  • Promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Traveling occasionally to visit branches and firms across the UK

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in UK Wealth Management or Financial Services
  • A background in client-facing roles or operational support
  • Familiarity with platforms and custodians (e.g., Pershing is a plus)
  • Strong B2B relationship or account management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools—especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
