About the team
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our ever evolving Bank Partnerships team and help us unleash the potential of every business. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about shaping and driving meaningful change and adept at navigating organizational complexity to realise material business outcomes.
What you'll own
- Become part of the core Santander / Worldpay Partnership team and support in all aspects of the management of the partnership.
- Own the analysis of the overall commercial performance and management of updates / MBR’s.
- Review and assess ways to make the partnership more successful, including :
- Conducting in-depth analysis to understand business challenges, data trends, and opportunities across the partnership.
- Translating complex business problems into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with partnership goals
