Key Responsibilities
Keep the operational backbone of our revenue engine humming from reviewing qualified leads through to logging renewals and expansion deals in the CRM. As a RevOps Intern you’ll work with HubSpot and commercial technology daily.
Customer Lifecycle Operations
- Work as part of a team maintaining data hygiene and enforce CRM compliance across the full customer lifecycle.
- Support Operations Associates in:
- Ensuring deal accuracy, stage progression, and timely updates;
- Track onboarding milestones, renewals, and help drive visibility into opportunities in a timely manner; and
- Track and report on data quality metrics.
- Ensure completeness of company data in the CRM and ensure that duplicate entries are resolved.
- Support Operations Associates in:
- Review historic customer context to ensure that the foundations upon our contracts lifecycle is accurate and reliable
- Be responsible for executing a structured project to audit and correct historic customer data; and
- Review legacy contracts and ensure CRM accurately reflects contract terms, renewal dates, and package details.
- CRM Administration
- On-going user provisioning and permissions management; and
- Maintain CRM documentation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You love optimising in your everyday life - you’re constantly looking for ways to make thing better;
- Have great attention to detail and are organised - you enjoy working with tools like Notion; and
- You want to learn what it takes to scale a business and work with commercial deals - you have aspirations to start your own thing one day.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets - you have a STEM background, acquired online certifications or worked with data in your side hustle; and
- An interest in crypto
