Location: Simi Valley, CA
Compensation: $20/hr

Are you a veteran or someone who takes pride in respect, integrity, and service? Do you value structure, dependability, and teamwork? People Creating Success is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals/Personal Attendants—especially those with a military background—to support a retired U.S. Marine in maintaining his independence and dignity at home and in the community.

This individual has epilepsy but no intellectual or developmental disabilities. He is looking for support staff who understand the importance of mutual respect, consistency, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Support a retired Marine in daily routines and community activities

• Provide respectful assistance with light household tasks, errands, and transportation

• Ensure safety during potential seizure activity (training provided)

• Maintain professional communication and documentation

• Uphold the PCS values of Growth, Integrity, Respect, and Optimism
