As a Med Lab Scientist, you’ll get to:
- Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and crossmatch.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
- Conduct training, observations, competency assessments and documentation.
- Participate in technical investigative studies.
