Join Millennium Print Group (MPG) as an Estimate vs Actual Cost Analyst in Raleigh, NC!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented financial analyst passionate about cost optimization, data analysis, and manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll drive accuracy in job costing, variance analysis, and cost forecasting to support projects that shape world-class printing and packaging production — including iconic brands like Pokémon Trading Cards.
📍 Location: Raleigh, NC
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

What You Will Do
• Analyze and compare estimated vs. actual production costs across departments and projects.
• Investigate cost variances and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Partner with finance, operations, and production teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhance data accuracy and cost transparency across ERP and reporting systems.
• Present findings that influence business strategy and financial performance.
What You Will Bring
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or project controls.
Skills & Abilities:
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
