Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. | On-Call | Exempt

We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated professional to guide a dedicated team providing high-quality support to adults with developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do

Coach and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Lead team meetings, set goals, and foster a strong, positive team culture.

Deliver quality assurance, manage records, and ensure service excellence.

Serve as a role model by assisting individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc.).

Support the ethical, financial, and recreational needs of individuals receiving services.

Provide on-call leadership and crisis intervention when needed.

Ensure compliance with Medicaid waiver and licensure regulations.

Handle scheduling, payroll, and billing with attention to detail.

Qualifications
Qualifications – What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience in human services or a related field (1+ year preferred in a supervisory or leadership role)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Demonstrated ability to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community or residential settings

Open to person-centered practices and daily living support strategies
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain calm under pressure, and respond to crisis situations professionally

Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
-
Comfortable using technology for documentation, scheduling, and communication (e.g., basic computer skills, electronic records)

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred

Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation

Ability to meet physical requirements of the job (e.g., lifting, standing, walking, assisting individuals)

Must meet state and agency background check requirements
