POSITION SUMMARY:

The Graphic Designer isresponsible for creating and producing high-quality print and digital assetsthat align with GOAA brand standards. This role reduces reliance on externalcreative agencies by delivering cost-effective, innovative design solutions.Working closely with Marketing and other departments, the designer managesprojects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Key responsibilities include developing communications collateral, preparingprint-ready files, supporting social media campaigns, and maintaining organizedcreative resources. The position requires strong collaboration, attention todetail, and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and bestpractices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. (Bachelor’s degree preferred.)
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Experience producing bothprint and digital assets from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere or After Effects a plus).
  • Knowledge of file preparation for print and digital, including color modes, resolution, trim, and bleed.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and creating optimized content for each.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Excellent time managementand ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • ValidFlorida driver’s license
