We’re looking for a Software Engineer

• Provide innovative digital technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leader in Financial Services.
• Ability to understand and translate customer business requirements into a solution that best utilizes product functionality.
• Experience in design, plan and deliver content management, records management and Archival solutions using modern technology.
• Participate in Application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC process.
• Collaborate with various teams as part of delivering the functionality.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Weehawken, New York: the salary range for this role is $150000 to $205000

You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management team in US office in CIAS Team. We provide innovative digital solutions and this benefits our UBS internal employees and Business Units. As a Software Engineer, you’ll play an important role in building a new digital platform for our Organization.

BS in computer science or engineering degree or a related field or equivalent work experience required.
Experience in Requirement Analysis, Strategic Analysis, Software Development Fundamentals, Design, Development, Maintenance, Testing and Implementation of efficient data flow and batch processes in applications.
Experience in TSQL programming, Perl and Shell scripting.
Excellent understanding of relation transactional databases like Sybase.
Strong knowledge of Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL) processes using TSQL and Perl/Shell scripting.
Experience in TSQL (MSSQL/SYBASE must have ) code development, performance tuning, query optimization and batch or ETL creation experience.
