Renewal Support Analyst chez None

A Lloyd’s market MGA is seeking a Renewal Support Analyst to join its growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting renewal activity and day-to-day engagement with brokers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation and timely delivery across all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain renewal documentation, insurer submissions, and proposals in line with broker and client deadlines
• Monitor placement status, premium flows, and renewal milestones across global markets
• Collect and record client and exposure data, losses, contracts, and billing information accurately in internal systems
• Liaise with underwriting, claims, analytics, and operations teams to gather necessary information for renewals and submissions
• Ensure documentation is stored correctly, version-controlled, and compliant with internal processes
• Provide prompt, professional responses to broker queries, escalating issues where required

Requirements

• Some prior experience in the London Market insurance sector (MGA, broker, or carrier)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with brokers and internal stakeholders alike
• Proactive and able to manage multiple renewals and timelines simultaneously
• Familiarity with renewal documentation, placement tracking, and market submissions advantageous
• Eager to develop within a collaborative, fast-paced underwriting environment

Benefits

6-month contract, with expecation to be extended or to be made permanent.

Paying up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
