Service Drive Manager – Honda Dealership
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Service Drive Manager to lead our service department. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on motivating teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service drive and advisor team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and service lane efficiency
- Train and mentor service advisors and support staff
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to streamline operations
- Ensure compliance with Honda and dealership standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service management experience or proven track record as a high performing service advisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive performance and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
