- Offer behind-the-scenes creative and logistical support to client team(s)
- Assist the team with support related tasks such as copywriting, community management, pulling analytics, photoshoots, creating content calendars and coordinating with influencers
- Provide editing and proofreading support
- Conduct research, reporting, influencer list building, and drafting presentations/decks
- Assist with community management, reports, influencer deliverables, paid social ads, and decks
- Advocate for the client, and proactively engage on their channels in a timely manner; engage with influencers
- Research and help develop strategic partnerships and creative campaigns As needed, assist in coordinating (and attending) events on behalf of clients
- Provide general support to the Account Managers on all client initiatives developed in the marketing campaign
- 1 year of work or relevant internship experience
- Associates or BA/BS in Communications, Marketing or relevant field preferred but not required
- Highly motivated to learn new things and improve your skills
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and resourceful when tackling challenges and obstacles
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong writing capabilities
- Must be able to manage time and deadlines on a daily and weekly basis Knowledgeable in Google Business applications, Microsoft Office Suite and other platforms such as Adobe, Canva and social scheduling sites in order to produce report results and create tools and templates for client work
- Can capture content using mobile devices
- An overall passion for the hospitality industries - restaurants, travel/destinations/hotels, wine & spirits. Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner
