Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and maintain account documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for clients.
- Participate in client meetings to gather information and provide insights.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
