The Quick Lane Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the Quick Lane for routine maintenance and light repair work. This position functions as a Service Advisor for the Quick Lane, ensuring customers are welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their service visit. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and skilled at balancing customer communication with operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet Quick Lane customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns and requested services.
- Provide maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer schedules and multi-point inspections.
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and repair accuracy.
- Review estimates, obtain customer approvals, and keep customers updated on service progress.
- Explain completed work and review final invoices with customers at pickup.
- Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and walk-in traffic for Quick Lane services.
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge to answer questions and build trust.
- Ensure the Quick Lane area remains organized, professional, and aligned with dealership standards.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automotive service, advising, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customers efficiently.
- Professional, positive, and customer-service oriented demeanor.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology.
- Experience with dealership management systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or similar) preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital communication tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
