Title Clerk – Space City Toyota (Humble, TX)
Pay: $22 – $25/hour (based on experience)

Space City Toyota in Humble, TX, is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for detail-oriented, motivated professionals who are passionate about accuracy, customer service, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all paperwork required for vehicle titling and registration for new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade transactions
- Accurately submit title documents through Web Dealer and ensure timely completion of all DMV-related tasks
- Review titling schedules weekly and make corrections or issue refunds as needed
- Track incoming titles and research any missing or delayed titles
- Maintain compliance with state and federal title regulations and documentation requirements
- Provide administrative and accounting support to management and other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and customer information
- Assist with general dealership accounting duties when required
Requirements
- Assist with general dealership accounting duties when required
- 1–2 years of automotive title clerk experience required
- Web Dealer experience required
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
