What You’ll Be Doing:

• Turning dust into dazzle across offices, event space, breakrooms, and common areas
• Keeping the office space fresh, tidy, and welcoming for all
• Spotting the little things others miss—because details matter!
• Bringing a positive attitude and a touch of flair to every task

Requirements

This is an entry level opportunity; if you have some experience - awesome!   GED or HS diploma required.  Must be able to communicate effectively in English.  Vanguard Resources runs criminal history and drug screen in the hiring process.  

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, frequently walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods

• Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs (think vacuum cleaners and supply bins)

• Willingness to move around the office with energy and purpose—this is a hands-on role!

• Must be able to handle repetitive tasks with care and consistency
