Your Responsibilities Include
· Partner with leadership to define, document, communicate and update quarterly team OKRs.
· Work with Stakeholders to create, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Assist with developing and maintaining feature documentation.
· Maintain explicit workflow policies and WIP limits; run daily standups, monthly ops review, and retros tied to policy changes.
· Partner with Eng/QA on risk-based testing; ensure instrumentation and acceptance checks per release.
· Track and report flow metrics (throughput, cycle time/lead time, WIP, etc.) as well as product outcomes (adoption, completion rates).
· Remain actively involved in mitigating impediments impacting feature completion.

· Practical Kanban fluency (WIP, explicit policies, SLE, flow diagnostics).

· Bias toward action; able to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment.
· Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills with a strong bias toward order and clarity.
