We are searching for a Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter who will join a team committed to providing exceptional HR services and uplift the employee experience at PACT! Candidates must currently live on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii or plan to relocate.
The Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter will assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures, ensuring that these policies and procedures are administered fairly throughout the organization, and acting as an advocate for PACT's employees, providing them with appropriate information as needed.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, preferred.
Experience:
Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Management, including current demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, family medical leaves, workers compensation benefits, temporary disability insurance, equal employment opportunity, Americans Disabilities Act, immigration, and HIPPA, required.
