We’re seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barista to prepare espresso drinks, light fare, and maintain a clean, welcoming café space. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks and related food items.
- Operate the POS system and maintain food safety standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting café environment.
- Restock supplies and support smooth daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage with residents.
- Receive peer-to-peer training with support from dining leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
- Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass background and health screenings.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $18.40-$21.15/hour
