Do you love crafting great coffee, connecting with people, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barista to prepare espresso drinks, light fare, and maintain a clean, welcoming café space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering great service, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and serve espresso drinks and related food items.
  • Operate the POS system and maintain food safety standards.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting café environment.
  • Restock supplies and support smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and engage with residents.
  • Receive peer-to-peer training with support from dining leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
  • Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Must pass background and health screenings.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $18.40-$21.15/hour
