We're looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead the used vehicle department at Sunset Volkswagen in Sarasota.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Manage inventory, pricing, and trade valuations
- Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing and digital sales strategies
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven success managing a used car or pre-owned sales department
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to appraise trades and structure profitable deals
- Tech-savvy; experience with modern digital retail tools preferred
- Valid driver's license
