Are you ready to build your future? Interested in obtaining your CDL? Skillforce is searching for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our construction team! This is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow — and you can even earn your CDL for FREE while you work.
Responsibilities:
Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) on job sites
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare and clean up construction sites (remove debris, sweep, and organize tools)
Mix and pour concrete, spread gravel, or assist with framing and demolition work
Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear (PPE)
Measure, mark, and cut materials according to instructions
Assist with site layout, grading, or trenching under supervision
Perform general labor tasks as directed by the site supervisor or foreman
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
Valid driver’s license preferred
What We Offer:
$60-70K per year potential
