Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and Hr/payroll software
Knowledge of Versatrans routing software preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in high stress environment and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

Job Duties:

Assist route programmers and dispatchers with maps, bus folders, driver and parent communications.
Answer phones and assist in handling complaints in calm, clear, and professional manner.
Prepare and process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll for transportation.
Respond to employees inquires requires regarding pay, deductions or timekeeping.
Use payroll systems such as Kronos, or Skyward
Communicate with schools, public, and staff regarding transportation of school district students.
Maintain daycare and request to ride forms.
Maintain special education student emergency health plan forms, communicate with school and parents regarding transportation data on students, bus routes, bus stops and field trips.
Maintain transportation records for state reporting.
Accepts other responsibilities as assigned by Coordinator or Transportation.

Compensation / Benefits:
RAVE Clerical Association – Wage Group III : $22.91 - $25.71 Hourly - According to contractual agreement (based on 2025-26 contract)
