About the Role
What You'll Do:
- Manage, plan, and coordinate the practice’s overall operations while cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Partner with the Regional Operations Manager to develop long-term practice vision and goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a compassionate veterinary team at PAZ East
- Develop your team through regular staff meetings, one-on-one feedback, and annual reviews
- Maintain compliance with organizations such as OSHA and the DEA
- Manage client retention by demonstrating and reinforcing exceptional client service
- Oversee all financial responsibilities including payroll, accounts receivable, pricing, and inventory
- Partner with Hospital Leadership to lead the team, maintain a great hospital culture, and ensure financial success
- Implement efficient processes while maintaining our culture of creativity and care
- Foster accountability, communication, and team engagement
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to keep the hospital running smoothly
- Collaborate with veterinarians and Innovetive Petcare leadership to support hospital goals and growth
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a management role, including customer service experience
- Proven leadership experience in a veterinary or medical management setting
- Experience in a practice setting with progressive responsibility is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn Practice
- Management Software
- Effective delegation and time management skills with the ability to achieve results through others
- Positive interpersonal skills with staff and clients; thrives in a team environment
- Flexible, forward-thinking, and passionate about innovation and continuous improvement
