Integrative Residential Clinical Director
Location: Asheville, NC
The Clinical Director provides leadership to the Integrative Recovery Team and sets the tone for a whole person recovery experience rooted in our residential healing community. The Clinical Director supervises the clinical therapists, and works in close consultation with the Managing Director and Integrative Psychiatrist to support resident recovery and the overall vitality of the healing community. The Clinical Director works closely with the Managing Director in developing and implementing program evaluation, quality improvement, and program initiatives. The Clinical Director is available for clinical consultation and provides crisis support for the ACP team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5 pm
Pay: Starting at $75,000 per year and based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provides individual and group supervision to the Integrative Therapists
- Provide supervision to the Occupational Therapist ensuring services are effective and there is ongoing communication
- Provide consultation/supervision to CooperRiis team members as needed
- Collaborate with Admissions Team in reviewing prospective residents
- Provide leadership in the Therapist Team meetings so administrative, programmatic, and clinical issues are addressed
- Lead Integrated Recovery Team Meetings and ensure meetings are focused on the resident recovery experience and align with mission and values
- Attend morning meetings to oversee the resident handover from evening/night staff and lead the team in planning for daily resident support
- Ensure quality, timely, and pertinent clinical trainings are provided to all staff
- Provide QMHP Supervision and help manage the QMHP system
- Manage Clinical On-Call System and serve as a back-up for the therapists on call
- Ensure high quality clinical documentation through chart audits for quality, timeliness, and appropriateness
- Provide clinical care (individual and/or groups) for residents
Qualifications:
- Relevant master’s degree and NC state license in: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD
- At least 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy, supervision, and other clinical services
- Management and program leadership preferred
