Ansell is looking for a Sr. Director, Transformational & Major Projects to join our team!

 

In this position you will play a vital role in leading the commercial operations and strategy for the Americas business unit, this executive role serves as a key strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer. The position combines oversight of core commercial functions with strategic leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence.

What your role will be?

Strategic Leadership  

  • Partner with Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute commercial strategy across North America.
  • Lead strategic planning processes and drive key transformation initiatives.  
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to accelerate growth.  
  • Optimize resource allocation across commercial functions.  

Commercial Operations Management  

  • Oversee integrated commercial operations including sales operation, marketing, customer service, quality, and product management.  
  • Drive sales effectiveness through optimization of processes, tools, and enablement programs.
  • Lead pricing strategy and execution to maximize profitability.  
  • Direct marketing strategy and program execution to support revenue goals.  

Performance & Analytics  

  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks across commercial functions.  
  • Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and insights.  
  • Develop forecasting models and business intelligence capabilities.  
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and performance management processes.  

  

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.  
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, strategy, or related fields. 
  • Proven track record of leading complex commercial organizations at scale.  
  • Experience managing P&L of $500M+ preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities  
  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership and organizational alignment  
  • Strong business acumen with focus on driving profitable growth.  
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.  
  • Deep understanding of B2B commercial operations and go-to-market strategies.  
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management  
  • Excellence in program management and change leadership  
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation capabilities
