Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deputy Program Manager to support the strategic and operational initiatives of our Program Management Office.
THE WORK
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Program Management Director and Senior PMs across multiple challenging programs.
• Assist in tracking program timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with project managers, department leads, and external stakeholders to gather status updates, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support the preparation of executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Help implement and maintain program management processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Manage documentation, meeting logistics, follow-up tasks, and program communications.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

The Deputy PM will work closely with the Program Management Director and Senior PMs to coordinate complex programs, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with project standards, and facilitate communication across departments.

Basic Qualifications
• Knowledge of project management and Earned Value methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
