THE WORK
This position will support Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) programs in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining and coordinating vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS)
• Supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) by ensuring accurate integration of planning work products with program finance
• Communicating schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders
• Work within established business rhythms to accomplish program objectives while ensuring adherence to defined customer and company requirements
• Supporting program risk management process

Basic Qualifications
• Experience with Deltek tool suite (preferred) or similar scheduling tools; Open Plan and PM Compass
• Program Performance Management knowledge, including Earned Value Management experience, cost and schedule integration, and schedule metrics generation & reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and the ability to present reports to all levels of management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration
Desired skills
• Experience using Milestones Pro
• Familiar with Risk and Opportunity Management processes

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
