Job Summary
EDCOE Charter Adult Education Program is looking for a talented individual to join our team! This is a classified 40 hours per week position, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 4:30 PM at our Adult Education Campus located in the town of El Dorado at 6187 Pleasant Valley Rd. Under the Supervision of the Director of Alternative Programs, this individual will perform a variety of specialized confidential, secretarial, and technical work in support of the Adult Education Programs.
Duties include receiving community partners and students in an efficient and friendly manner, answering phones, managing student files, ordering supplies, planning events, providing support for the various programs on and off the campus including accepting applications, receiving funds, setting up interviews, etc. Aeries and/or CalPads experience is helpful and preferred. Microsoft proficiency is required.

Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
