Just Right Cleaning & Construction is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Superintendent to join our Wenatchee, WA team!
The Reconstruction Repair Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing reconstruction and repair projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating work crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while fostering a positive team environment and ensuring operational excellence.

Summary:
The Reconstruction Repairs Superintendent will oversee all aspects of the reconstruction and repair process of structures and buildings. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The superintendent will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review preliminary project plan, identify missing or inaccurate information, and deadlines ensuring project costs and timelines are within set guidelines, delegating tasks accordingly.
- Acts as a liaison between company, client, and vendors
- Orders and verifies all material needed is on-site before tasks are to be completed, stored neatly, safely, and marked properly.
- Work on-site and manages skilled trade crew members and subcontractors to ensure they are performing the task according to industry standards and work is being done timely and within budget.
- Identifies conflict and communicates with Project Manager and the client, providing solutions as needed.
- Communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction and that expectations are being met or exceeded.
- Maintain project lists for each stage of the project, monitoring progress, budgets, and adjusting accordingly.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed; provide a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual and company regulations are met.
- Works with inspectors to make sure we are incompliance with city, county, and state regulations.
- Monitors the project schedule and notifies the Project Manager of status toward completing the project.
Qualification and Experience:
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience in Construction.
- Excellent oral and written communication Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work and direct a team.
- Computer/tablet skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
- Sustained period of standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, or climbing
- Must be able to work in both inside and outside working conditions, including environmental conditions and temperatures.
- Occasional Space confinement, limited mobility
Salary: $33.00 to $39.00 (depending on experience) plus overtime
