In this role, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals on their journey to recovery. What You'll Do
As a Residential Technician, you’ll be a key part of our residents’ recovery experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
- Administering medications in accordance with established protocols
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Providing transportation to appointments and community outings
- Offering encouragement, emotional support, and positive reinforcement
Flexible Scheduling Options
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options:
- Full-Time: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 AM, 32 hours/week)
- PRN (as needed): Minimum of two shifts per month

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and eager to make a difference. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training onsite)
- Willingness and ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications
- One year of work experience in a human services or treatment-related setting (preferred)
- Willingness to complete Narcan administration training
- Ability to pass a background check and comply with our drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
