Director of Maintenance chez Community Living, Inc.

Community Living, Inc. is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Director of Maintenance to join our leadership team! This position plays a key role in keeping our agency's facilities and vehicles safe, function, and well-maintained sot hat our staff can continue providing support to the participants we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and perform property and vehicle maintenance (carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc.)

• Manage the Maintenance Technician and direct subcontractors on larger projects

• Coordinate lawn care, snow removal, and long-term maintenance planning

• Handle vehicle fleet management, including accident investigations and insurance coordination

• Maintain records using our maintenance software and participate in safety committees

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required (Associate’s or HVAC/technical certification preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in property management or facility maintenance

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance work
