Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and supporting blood drive sponsors across various sectors.
- Setting collection goals and coordinating drive schedules.
- Coaching volunteer chairs to maximize donor turnout.
- Analyzing donor group performance and developing strategies for improvement.
- Prospecting new donor groups and maintaining CRM records.
- Delivering presentations and attending networking events.
- Collaborating with the sales team to enhance organizational results.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Associate degree in an appropriate field required.
Experience:
- Minimum of four years in account management, administrative operations, or blood banking.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and meet established goals.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
