Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) – CSA Homecare (Griffin, GA)
Pay: $17.50/hr + Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for two male clients in Griffin, GA. Both clients have specifically requested a male caregiver for personal care and comfort needs.
Schedule:
Client #1: M/W/F 8:00 AM–11:00 AM & T/Th 8:00 AM–11:30 AM
Client #2: Mon–Fri 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
Assist clients with daily living and personal care needs
Encourage independence and community involvement
Provide transportation and companionship
Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications:
Experience as PCA, DSP, or working with IDD clients (required)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Must be male (client-requested)
Reliable transportation & clear background check
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
