The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for providing support to new and existing customers in set up and use of any customer facing software to our clients. The Implementation Specialist will also serve as overflow support for team when work load allows
Major Responsibilities
- Serves as project consultant during implementation phase for the customer
- Interacts directly with assigned customers while maintaining a positive relationship
- Manages task related to initial customer onboarding, as well re-onboarding with each school year.
- Assist customer support with answering feedback to ensure a positive relationship with the clients
- Work with Product Management on new product enhancements for supporting products.
- Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of product
- Collects all customer profile information required to ensure a successful launch of products
- Creates/maintains system and/or implementation process documentation for internal/external training material
- Provide feature and/or functionality changes/enhancements to product management
- Escalate concerns/issues to the account management team
- Provides data requirements to ancillary teams to ensure accounts are configured properly
- Other responsibilities as required or requested
Minimum Education or Certifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or 1-2 years of work related experience.
Minimum Experience or Skills Required
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting & communicating on implementations to customers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years work related skills
- General Computer skill and familiar with mobile applications workings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
