JOB TITLE: Program Manager

POSITION NUMBER: 2511-BSL-BOESS

POSITION LOCATION: Falls Church, VA

ANTICIPATED START DATE: Two weeks after candidate identification

TRAVEL: As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position

ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to the Defense Health Agency (DHA). 

SCOPE OF WORK

Serves as senior lead overseeing business and operational support for DHA’s Solution Delivery Division (SDD). Ensures process improvement, tasker management, and executive coordination. 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead development of operational policies and standard procedures.
• Manage data analytics, workflow optimization, and process modernization.
• Support SDD branches with logistical, training, and reporting needs.
• Provide briefings and documentation for DHA leadership. 

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 
• 7–10 years’ management experience within DoD or federal IT operations.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office, and enterprise reporting tools 

Desirable:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and highly interdisciplinary environment
• Experience working with a diverse interdisciplinary team

Security Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to Tier II Public Trust Security Clearance

Language Skills:

• The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

REQUIREMENT: Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
