Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT Assistant Manager to oversee the management of IT applications, administer SaaS platforms, maintenance of infrastructure systems, and provide comprehensive support to subsidiaries. This role also spearhead the analysis of business process, define requirements, and serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, technical staff, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for subsidiary-related IT support inquiries and issues
Manage and provide support for various SaaS applications utilized by the company, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance
Define the scope of a business requirement, decide the approach and produce the specification
Monitor and enforce IT security policies to protect organizational data and systems
Lead the IT support/helpdesk team to deliver efficient, user-centric support for all employees
Manage vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and services
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and automation
Coordinate with internal teams to address needs and align support with business objectives 
Effectively interact/interface with external parties – customers and vendors
Provide training and support to end users on new software and solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for subsidiary procedures
Compensation Range

$86,000 - $96,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Demonstrable expertise in various technical areas, including programming, software installation and configuration required

Familiarity with programming and database (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C#, Oracle, PostgreSQL) required
Good written and verbal communication skills: must be able to effectively convey and document designs and processes required
Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
6 - 9 Years of Direct Experience in Information Technology Required
7 - 11 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
