- Management and mentorship of Maintenance and Groundskeeping staff
- Experience in basic carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers/dryers, etc) installation and repair
- Making ready units for new occupancy
- Proactive communication and interaction with your community manager, staff, residents, and external contractors
- Walking the property with the community manager and/or Regional Director.
- Maintaining units of current residents
- Managing/negotiating with outside vendors and approving invoicing, as needed
- Maintaining the leasing office, your community's workshop, and all recreation facilities
- Other duties, as needed.
- Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
- Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
- Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
- Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English.
