Design Follow-Up Consultant | Base Pay + Bonus

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM
Compensation: Base Pay + Monthly Bonus | W2 Employment
On-Target Earnings: 60k - 80k

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an outgoing, driven Design Follow-Up Consultant to join our Grand Rapids team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow a sales career—with the stability of weekday hours, a base salary, and a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do
• Follow up with homeowners who have previously met with BathWorks
• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to review updated solutions
• Learn our proven design and sales process through hands-on training
• Log activity, feedback, and results in Salesforce
• Build relationships and help customers take the next step toward their remodel

• Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people
• Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Eager to learn and grow into a full design/sales career
• Comfortable traveling locally for customer appointments
