What You’ll Do:
- Ensure resident safety through 15-minute bed checks, monitoring behavior, and responding to overnight needs
- Prepare and assist with resident self-administration of medications and respond to medical concerns within LPN scope
- Document observations, incidents, and care to maintain continuity across shifts
- Support overnight facility readiness, security checks, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the medical and program teams to uphold the highest care standards
What We're Looking For:
- Active LPN license in Hawaii.
- CPR/First Aid certification from an in-person course.
- CPI certification (we’ll provide training).
- Ability to stay alert and engaged throughout overnight shifts.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in residential or youth care settings is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Computer skills, including proficiency in EMR systems
- Experience in residential or youth settings (preferred)
- Ensure all documentation, verbal communication, and electronic records are handled with discretion and in accordance with HIPAA, federal, and state privacy laws
- Physically and mentally able to remain alert through shifts
- Pass all background, drug, and health clearances
- Salary range $22-$32 per hour; starting wage dependent on experience and qualifications
