SALES MANAGER – San Bruno, CA
Full Time Exempt
Position Summary: City Ventures is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales at our San Bruno location. The ideal candidate is proactive with a strong background in new home sales, excellent project management skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with homebuyers and brokers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals

Required Experience:
- CA DRE Salesperson License.
- Proven new home sales experience.
- Knowledge of contracts, closing deals and the escrow process.
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
- Team-oriented, shows ownership of assigned tasks; works well independently and with a team. High collaborative and team communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at same time and meet deadlines.
- MS Office Suite skills with ability to work on text campaigns and data entry.
- Resourceful – the ability to think on your feet.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Staffing the Sales office at the new home site
- Responding to communications from home buyers, etc.
- Demonstrating product and option packages
- Preparing reservations and contract documents
- Broker outreach and presentations
- Other tasks as assigned.
Compensation:
Salary is $80K per year, plus Commission and Quarterly Bonus opportunities depending on several factors.
