Sr Systems Administrator-Tech Ops chez Temple Health

Tech Ops has a senior position open focused on driving our enterprise monitoring setup and configuration across key platforms, including Zabbix, ThousandEyes, and Uptime Kuma. This role will take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing our monitoring framework and will work closely with the rest of the Tech Ops team to operationalize monitoring for improved visibility and responsiveness across both infrastructure and application layers. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in monitoring technologies, data analysis, and alerting strategies, coupled with a collaborative mindset to enhance our overall operational maturity.

This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital. 

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Required or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience
5 years experience with IT technical support Required
5 years experience with IT infrastructure support Required
1 year experience working in a healthcare/ hospital environment Preferred

Licenses
Cert Info Sys Security Prof Preferred
Microsoft Cert IT Professional Preferred
Microsoft Cert Solutions Exp Preferred
