We’re hiring for EMEA Agronomy Analyst & Training Coordinator

The EMEA Agronomy Analyst & Training Coordinator is part of Agronomy Excellence team, and process owner for continuous improvement strategy on database, data-analysis and technical training strategy for EMEA Biologicals. It is a critical role combining field knowledge, great connection with local and global stakeholders to ensure our sales teams are prepared and equipped to successfully commercialize Biologicals portfolio. Coordinate regional agronomic training initiatives and the launch of biological products.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

You will be a member of the EMEA Agronomy Excellence team with close relation with other functions and local teams.

Your Challenge:

• Lead of Agronomy database initiative with a cross-functional team to assess, recommend and ensure successful implementation of effective tool(s) to value field information
• Biologicals Agronomy EMEA focal point for the regional agronomy database, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and continuous evolution and updates. Providing local flexibility while ensuring regional and multi-year consolidation · Work with global and local teams to propose and implement a continuous improvement training strategy for EMEA
• Coordinate the regional agronomy training package, including content development, analysis of the data, proposed improvement plan, in collaboration with Corteva stakeholders and external providers.
• Support launch package creation from Agronomy standpoint, gathering insights within the marketing and Agronomy teams as needed
• Support local Agronomy leaders in preparing reports, technical materials and presentations for training sessions, events, and client visits.
• Responsible for monthly agronomy newsletter in collaboration with communication and agronomy teams
• Collaborate with the EMEA Agronomy Excellence and Communication team to keep the Agronomy site and SharePoint updated · Assisting in the construction and reporting of indicators for the Agronomy area

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• Related qualification · 3-5 years’ experience within agronomy with exposure to field data management and training coordination
• Proficiency in managing databases, ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytics for continuous improvements
• Understanding and use of digital platforms
• MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerBI)
• Ability to design and implement regional agronomy training programs
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Business proficiency in English
• Project management skills
