The Vacancy

Job Overview

Leads the planning, development, and execution of marketing Software strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Oversees campaigns, market research, and promotional activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Has a strong understanding of the software market and digital marketing, and several years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B technologies. Experience in thought leadership building (create Relevance), demand generation, digital marketing (creating Reach), and managing campaigns.

  • Marketing expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of software market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs. 
    • Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. 
    • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEA, SEM and email marketing. 

    Software and tools:
    • Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/C4C). 
    • Experience with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 
    • Familiarity with common office software like Microsoft Office. 
    • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that support organizational goals.
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage digital and event marketing initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and communications teams to align efforts and support growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external partners effectively.
  • Lead and mentor marketing staff to build capabilities and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Develop content strategies for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Analyzing customer behavior and market trends.
  • Collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams. 
  • Stay current with marketing best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
